Proposed Change to Powell Valley Electric Cooperative’s By-Laws
Article V, Section 6, Open Meetings
Article V of the By-Laws concerns meetings of the Board of Directors. The proposed change would let members attend board meetings when they want. This would give members access to more information about PVEC’s policies and operations. Also, the change would set aside time for members to make statements at Board meetings. The amendment would not change any other parts of the By-Laws.
None. The proposed change would create a new section to open board meetings for member attendance without affecting existing provisions of the By-Laws.
