What does this mean? PVEC Member Voices is made up of rate-payers – regular people, like you, who want to participate in decision-making at their local cooperative. We are committed to making sure PVEC works for all its members and takes their voices into account in decision-making, and making sure members are aware of and able to access all avenues of democratic participation at PVEC.
